What is your rate?

$200.00 for a 45 minute session.

Do you take insurance?

I am self-pay and can provide you with a Super Bill for your insurance company.  In addition, I accept payment using a Health Savings Account or a Flexible Spending Account.

Many clients prefer to self-pay so that their mental health information is not part of their permanent health record that insurance companies see.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Cash, Credit Card, Health Savings Account, Flexible Spending Account, Zelle, Venmo & PayPal

What’s the difference between talking to you or my best friend or family?

It’s great to have friends and family for support.  A therapist has a different role in your life.  I have the training and experience to help you approach your situation in a new way– teach you new skills, gain different perspectives, listen to you without judgment or expectations, and help you listen to yourself. Furthermore, counseling is completely confidential. You won’t have to worry about others “knowing my business.”
